Accessing the Yealink Web User Interface (Web UI) lets you view and adjust advanced settings on your supported Yealink desk phone through a web browser. This article walks through how to find your phone’s IP address, log in to the Web UI, and what you can do once you’re connected — from network settings to feature preferences. Use the Web UI when you need more control than the phone’s keypad provides, especially for initial setup or troubleshooting.
Step 1: Find the Phone's IP Address
Your phone and your computer must be on the same network (connected to the same router or switch).
On the Yealink phone, press the OK button in the center of the navigation keys.
Alternatively, if your phone has a "Status" soft key, press that.
Look for the line labeled IPv4 or IP Address.
It will look something like this:
192.168.1.45.Write this number down.
Step 2: Access the Login Page
Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) on your computer.
Type the IP address you wrote down into the address bar and press Enter.
Note: If you see a "Your connection is not private" warning, click Advanced and then Proceed to [IP Address] (unsafe). This is just your browser being cautious because the phone uses a self-signed certificate.
Step 3: Enter Credentials
Once the login screen appears, you’ll need the admin username and password.
